Mr. Friedman has extensive experience managing mergers and acquisitions within the aerospace and defense industry. He has held senior management positions with United Technologies Corporation working with Pratt & Whitney, Hamilton Sundstrand, and Sikorsky Aircraft. Mr. Friedman is also a former commercial airline pilot.

WHY OUR NAME: STRONG, CLEAR AND RELIABLE

In early radio communication, signal strength and clarity were critical
to effective voice broadcast and reception. To monitor their signal,
transmitting stations periodically requested feedback on the quality of
their broadcasts. Receivers rated the signal from 1 to 5 for both
strength and clarity, where five represented the strongest and clearest
broadcast. "Five by Five" indicates the best possible result, where
signal service is strong, clear and reliable.
